一、设备简介

1、 Equipment introduction

      二级反渗透设备又称为双级反渗透,原水加压送至预处理系统粗过滤,再进入精密过滤器过滤后,通过一级高压泵加压送至一级反渗透系统,该系统产出的水再由二级高压泵加压送至二级反渗透系统,生产出产品水,称为二级反渗透。二级反渗透就是级反渗透的透过水经调整PH值后,再由级高压泵送进级反渗透系统处理,从而获得透过水的过程。二级反渗透的系统脱盐率≥99.5%。这样就能使含盐量在1000ppm以下的原水,不经过离子交换直接处理水质能达到中国实验室用水《GB6682-2008》三级水标准。进水要求:污染指数:<5;水温:10-35;ph值:2-11;游离氯:<0.1ppm;浊度:<1。其产水电导率一般为5uS/cm以内,含盐量<0.1㎎/L。

The desalination rate of two-stage reverse osmosis system is more than 99.5%. In this way, the raw water with salt content below 1000ppm can be directly treated without ion exchange, and the water quality can meet the grade III water standard of gb6682-2008. Requirements for water inflow: pollution index: < 5; Water temperature: 10-35; PH value: 2-11; Free chlorine: < 0.1ppm; Turbidity: < 1. 二、设备原理

     反渗透是一种借助选择透过(半透过)性膜的功能,以压力为推动力的膜分离技术,膜元件由反渗透膜导流布和中心管等制作而成,将多根RO膜元件装入不锈钢耐压容器内,组成RO组件。本装置是脱盐系统的关键,成熟的工艺设计、合理的控制、操作及管理,直接决定着系统的正常、稳定运行。并关系到反渗透膜的使用寿命,经反渗透处理后的出水,去除了绝大部分无机盐和几乎的物,微生物(、热源等)从而确保了本系统产品水的高质量、高品质。完成预处理后的出水其出水由淤积密度指数SDI测试仪监测,当SDI值<4时,即可进入RO系统,由高压泵增压后进入反渗透系统,RO出水一部分(脱盐纯水)去储水箱,另一部分由管道汇集后成浓水(主要含有盐份、机械杂质、胶体、物等)随小部分未透过水排入下水道。

After the reverse osmosis treatment, the effluent can remove most of the inorganic salts and almost all the pollutants, microorganisms (, heat sources, etc.), so as to ensure the high quality and high quality of the product water of the system. When the SDI value is less than 4, the effluent can enter the RO system, which is pressurized by the high-pressure pump and then enters the reverse osmosis system. One part of the RO effluent (desalinated pure water) goes to the water storage tank, and the other part is collected by the pipeline to form concentrated water (mainly containing salt, mechanical impurities, colloid, water) With a small part of the water not through into the sewer.
