Reverse osmosis purification water equipment is widely used in industry

Reverse osmosis pure water equipment is a widely used water treatment equipment, which has the advantages of small volume, low energy consumption, low operating costs, high automation, and no acid or alkali emissions. Pure water technology is an effective and energy-saving membrane separation technology in the world today. It is used in conjunction with pre-treatment systems and has the advantages of advanced technology, simple operation, low operating costs, pollution-free, and easy maintenance; By utilizing the pressure of a high-pressure pump and the interception of a pure water membrane, impurities such as solid dissolved substances, organic matter, colloids, microorganisms, and bacteria can be effectively removed from water. It has the advantages of wide application range, high degree of initiative, less land occupation, low energy consumption, and good effluent quality.

Maintenance matters for reverse osmosis pure water equipment:

1. Inlet temperature control: The inlet temperature control should be based on the actual water consumption, and a low temperature that cannot meet the critical pressure requirements for water production and quality should be selected as the inlet temperature during this time period, which can reduce the attenuation of membrane water volume.

2. Inlet water quality: Strictly control the inlet water quality to ensure that the equipment operates under water quality conditions that meet the inlet water index requirements. If the inlet water does not meet the requirements, it is very easy to cause fouling of the reverse osmosis membrane, causing consumables to fail quickly and seriously affecting the outlet water quality.

3. Reverse osmosis equipment: Each time the reverse osmosis equipment is stopped and started, it should be flushed for 10 minutes under a water inlet pressure of less than 0.4 Mpa.

4. Equipment shutdown: The equipment cannot be shut down for a long time. It should run for less than 2 hours every day. If it is ready to shut down for more than 72 hours, chemical cleaning equipment should be used to fill the components with 1% sodium hydrogen sulfate and 18% glycerol for protection.

5. Operating pressure control: Operating pressure control should take the lowest possible pressure value while meeting the requirements of water production and water quality, which is conducive to reducing the water flow attenuation of the membrane and reducing the replacement rate of the membrane.

6. Total inflow of reverse osmosis: The total inflow of reverse osmosis is controlled by the RO inlet regulating valve. If the inflow of reverse osmosis does not change, do not tamper with the RO inlet regulating valve, and it is strictly prohibited to fully open or close. The RO concentrated discharge regulating valve is used to adjust the system recovery rate. If the recovery rate does not change, do not tamper with the concentrated discharge regulating valve, and do not fully open or close it.

7. Usage and effluent quality of pure water equipment: Regularly check the usage and effluent quality of pure water equipment. The main recording content should include: pH value, conductivity, pressure, SDI, and water temperature; Water production: conductivity, flow rate, pH value; Concentrated water: flow rate, excitation, and pressure excitation of each section of water inlet.

8. High and low pressure alarm of reverse osmosis equipment in purified water equipment: When a high and low pressure alarm occurs in the reverse osmosis equipment, first check whether the manual valve opening between the security filter and the high-pressure pump is too small, then check whether the RO inlet regulating valve and concentration discharge valve are normal, and then press the high and low pressure alarm reset button to restart the equipment.
