一、设备简介

1、 Equipment introduction

软水处理设备是采用离子交换原理,去除水中钙、镁等结垢离子,通常由控制器、树脂罐、盐罐组成的一体化设备。其控制器可选用自动冲洗控制器,手动冲洗控制器。自动控制器可自动完成软水、反洗、再生、正洗及盐业箱自动补水全部工作的循环过程。树脂罐可选用玻璃钢罐、炭钢罐或不锈钢罐。盐罐主要装备盐用于树脂胞和后的再生。

Soft water treatment equipment is an integrated equipment, which uses the principle of ion exchange to remove calcium, magnesium and other scaling ions in water, and is usually composed of controller, resin tank and salt tank. The controller can choose automatic flushing controller and manual flushing controller. The automatic controller can automatically complete the cycle process of soft water, backwashing, regeneration, washing and automatic water supplement of salt tank. The resin can be made of FRP, carbon steel or stainless steel. The salt tank is mainly equipped with salt for regeneration of resin cell and resin.

软水器的工作过程,一般由下列几个步骤循环组成:反洗、吸盐(再生)、慢冲洗(置换)、快冲洗五个过程。不同软化水设备的工序非常接近,只是由于实际工艺的不同或控制的需要,可能会有一些附加的流程。以钠离子交换为基础的软化水设备都是在这五个流程的基础上发展来。

The working process of water softener generally consists of the following steps: backwashing, salt absorption (regeneration), slow flushing (replacement) and fast flushing. The process of different water softening equipment is very close, but there may be some additional processes due to the different actual process or the need of control. The softened water equipment based on sodium ion exchange is developed on the basis of these five processes.

二、设备原理

由于水的硬度主要由钙、镁形成及表示,故一般采用阳离子交换树脂(软水器),将水中的Ca2+、Mg2+(形成水垢的主要成份)置换出来,随着树脂内Ca2+、Mg2+的增加,树脂去除Ca2+、Mg2+的效能逐渐降低。

Because the hardness of water is mainly formed and expressed by calcium and magnesium, cation exchange resin (water softener) is generally used to replace Ca2 + and Mg2 + (the main component of scale formation) in water. With the increase of Ca2 + and Mg2 + in the resin, the efficiency of removing Ca2 + and Mg2 + by resin gradually decreases.

当树脂吸收一定量的钙镁离子之后,就必须进行再生,再生过程就是用盐箱中的食盐水冲洗树脂层,把树脂上的硬度离子在置换出来,随再生废液排出罐外,树脂就又恢复了软化交换功能。

When the resin absorbs a certain amount of calcium and magnesium ions, it must be regenerated. The regeneration process is to wash the resin layer with salt water in the salt tank, replace the hardness ions on the resin, and discharge the regenerated waste liquid out of the tank, so that the resin can restore the softening exchange function.

即水通过钠离子交换器后,水中的Ca+、Mg+被置换成Na+。

一般控制阀的运行流程为:运行、反洗、吸盐、慢洗、盐箱补水、正洗。
