软水处理设备是采用离子交换原理，去除水中钙、镁等结垢离子，通常由控制器、树脂罐、盐罐组成的一体化设备。其控制器可选用自动冲洗控制器，手动冲洗控制器。自动控制器可自动完成软水、反洗、再生、正洗及盐业箱自动补水全部工作的循环过程。树脂罐可选用玻璃钢罐、炭钢罐或不锈钢罐。盐罐主要装备盐用于树脂胞和后的再生。

一、工作原理

水的硬度主要是由其中的阳离子：钙(Ca2+)、镁(Mg2+)离子构成的。当含有硬度离子的原水通过离子交换树脂层时，水中的钙、镁离子与树脂内的钠离子发生置换，树脂吸附了钙、镁离子而钠离子进入水中，这样从交换器内流出的水就是去掉了硬度离子的软化水。随着交换过程的不断进行，树脂中Na+全部被置出来后就失去了交换功能，此时必须使用Nacl溶液对树脂进行再生，将树脂吸附的Ca2+、Mg2+置换下来，树脂重新吸附了钠离子，恢复了软化交换能力。

When the raw water containing hardness ions passes through the ion exchange resin layer, the calcium and magnesium ions in the water are replaced with the sodium ions in the resin. The resin adsorbs calcium and magnesium ions, and the sodium ions enter the water. In this way, the water flowing out from the exchanger is the softened water without hardness ions. With the continuous exchange process, after all Na + ions in the resin are put out, the exchange function is lost. At this time, the resin must be regenerated with NaCl solution, and the Ca2 + and Mg2 + absorbed by the resin are replaced. The resin reabsorbs sodium ions and recovers the softening exchange ability.
